Streamlined Alert Settings
Say goodbye to the days of navigating through a maze of settings for each product, marketplace, and brand. Enjoy a common setup for all products in Settings, simplifying your monitoring process. Don’t worry, though! You’ll still have the flexibility to customize alerts for specific items using groups.
From a single place, you can set up getting alerts for all channels: email, Slack, and push-up notifications in your SellerSonar account. Furthermore, here you can turn on critical alerts to get reports about the issues 24/7.
Groups Enhancement
For agencies and large-scale sellers, managing a multitude of products on Amazon can often feel overwhelming. That’s why we’ve introduced Groups, allowing you to categorize your items effortlessly. Whether it’s grouping your bestsellers or organizing products by brand, managing your inventory has never been easier.
To group your items, go to Products, check the relevant cards, for example, your bestsellers, click Group, and create a new group or add the items to the existing one.
In addition, we’ve added a dedicated Group tab in the Settings menu to make editing your groups more intuitive than ever. For example, you can easily set alerts for your competitor’s products, as they will be automatically collected in the Competitors group.
For example, agencies can create separate communication channels for each client group, making teamwork clear and efficient. Likewise, large sellers can make sure that their team members get alerts tailored to their product groups, making everyone more accountable and responsive.
Expanded Email and Slack Capabilities
We’ve listened to your feedback and removed the limits on adding emails for email reports and channels for Slack reports. Now, you can ensure that your entire team stays informed without any restrictions.
Enhanced Notification Filter
Tired of sifting through a haystack to find the alerts that matter most? Our updated Notifications filter now includes search functionality and categories, making it easier than ever to find the alerts you care about amidst the noise.
Store & Brand Insights
Gain valuable insights into your store or brand directly from the Stores page. Track the performance of your products, monitor suppressed items, and more, all within SellerSonar’s intuitive interface.
